The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall deduct from the amount computed pursuant to subdivision (e) of Section 52335.2 for each ROC/P operated by a county office of education any local revenue that would otherwise be deemed restricted and not available for expenditure in the current fiscal year pursuant to subdivision (e) of Section 2558. Any local revenue so deducted shall be used by the county office for support of the ROC/P.
