  • The county superintendent of schools may, with the approval of the county board of education, enter into an agreement with the state, the Federal Bureau of Indian Affairs, any political subdivision, or any agency of the state or of any political subdivision, to conduct and maintain distribution among schools of districts under the jurisdiction of the county superintendent of schools, under such conditions as are agreed upon, of audio and visual instruction materials and apparatus approved by the constituted educational authorities. The state, any political subdivision, or any agency of the state or of any political subdivision may enter into any agreement with a county superintendent of schools authorized by this article.
