  • Any county board of education having management and control of a technical, agricultural and natural resource conservation school pursuant to this article may make such special rules and regulations for the operation of such school as are consistent with the provisions and purposes of this article and not contrary to law. Such governing board may provide for the maintenance, operation and supervision of such school, and the technical instruction of students. The board may acquire by purchase, gift, conditional or otherwise, or by the exercise of the power of eminent domain, the site or sites and provide for the construction of suitable buildings thereon. The board may also accept any gifts or donations and make all contracts for the equipment, maintenance and operation of such schools as may be necessary or advisable.
