In consultation with the California Mental Health Directors Association, the State Department of Health Care Services, the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission, the California Mental Health Planning Council, and the California Health and Human Services Agency, county mental health systems shall provide reports and data to meet the information needs of the state, as necessary.
