For purposes of paragraph (1) of subdivision (b) of Section 102100.3, the City of Elk Grove's proportionate share shall be determined in the manner provided in Section 4B(2) of the First Amendment to Interim Agreement for Elk Grove Bus Service, dated March 17, 2004, between the district and the City of Elk Grove.
