Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, for the purposes of this chapter acquisition may include gifts, purchases, leases, easements, eminent domain, the transfer of property for other property of like value, purchases of development rights, and other interests unless the Legislature shall hereafter otherwise provide. Acquisition for the State Park System by purchase or by eminent domain shall be under the Property Acquisition Law, notwithstanding any other provisions of law.
