The State park contingent fund is continued in existence. All moneys collected or received from gifts or bequests, or from municipal or county appropriations or donations for improvements or additions to the State park system shall be deposited in the State treasury to the credit of the contingent fund. All moneys so deposited shall be used for the improvement or administration of State parks, or the acquisition of additional lands and properties for the State park system, in accordance with the terms of the gift, bequest or municipal or county appropriation or donation from which the moneys are derived.
