Every person, firm, or corporation which sells or gives or in any way furnishes to another person, who is in fact under the age of 21 years, any candy, cake, cookie, or chewing gum which contains alcohol in excess of ¹/₂ of 1 percent by weight, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
