  • Any information generated pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (11) of subdivision (c) of Section 11105 shall be destroyed at the end of the limitation period for the filing of a civil action arising out of the screening or accreditation of persons as current or prospective employees, concessionaires and contractors and their subcontractors, agents and employees for Olympic Games purposes. The knowing and willful failure to (1) notify the recipient as required by Section 11105, or (2) to destroy any information as required by this section, is a misdemeanor punishable in a county jail not exceeding one year or by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) or both.
