The fees required by this chapter and by Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 1760), Chapter 7 (commencing with Section 1800), and Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 1831) of this part are filing fees, no portion of which shall be refunded whether or not the application is acted upon or the examination is taken.
