Section 10506.2.

(a) The commissioner shall require the payment in advance of one thousand one hundred eighty dollars ($1,180) as a fee for the examination and analysis of documents required by law to be filed with the commissioner by domestic or foreign insurers in connection with changes to an application and qualification to write variable contracts.
(b) The commissioner shall require the payment in advance of three hundred fifty-four dollars ($354) as a fee for the review, examination, and analysis of documents required to be filed by insurers issuing variable life insurance policies.
(c) The commissioner shall require the payment in advance of one thousand seven hundred seventy dollars ($1,770) as a fee for the examination and analysis involved in approving transfers of assets pursuant to subdivision (f) of Section 10506.
