  • (a) No licensee, or officer, partner, managing member, manager, or employee of a licensee, shall knowingly make any false report to his or her employer or client for whom information is being obtained. A violation of this section may result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100) for the first violation, and five hundred dollars ($500) for each subsequent violation.

    (b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2016, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2016, deletes or extends that date.
