(a) No licensee shall conduct a business as an individual, partnership, or corporation unless the licensee holds a valid license issued to that exact same individual, partnership, or corporation. A violation of this section may result in a fine of one hundred dollars ($100) for each violation.

(b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2016.
