(a) Any stationary source with one or more covered processes shall comply with the requirements of this article no later than the latest date specified in Subpart A (commencing with Section 68.1) o.

(b) If the administering agency makes a determination pursuant to Section 25534 that a stationary source is required to prepare and submit an RMP, the stationary source shall submit the RMP in accordance with a schedule established by the administering agency after consultation with the stationary source. The administering agency shall not require an RMP to be submitted earlier than 12 months or later than three years after the owner or operator has received a notice of that determination from the administering agency.
