In accordance with Section 25503.5, a business that handles perchlorate material, as defined in subdivision (c) of Section 25210.5, shall prepare and submit to the administering agency a business plan pursuant to Section 25503.5 and an inventory form pursuant to Section 25509, both of which shall address perchlorate materials handled by that business.
