Any business which is required to establish and implement a business plan pursuant to Section 25503.5 and is located on leased or rented real property shall notify, in writing, the owner of the property that the business is subject to Section 25503.5 and has complied with its provisions, and shall provide a copy of the business plan to the owner or the owner's agent within five working days after receiving a request for a copy from the owner or the owner's agent.
