For the purpose of this article the term "garbage" includes any or all of the following:
(a) Garbage.
(b) Swill.
(c) Refuse.
(d) Cans.
(e) Bottles.
(f) Paper.
(g) Vegetable matter.
(h) Carcass of any dead animal.
(i) Offal from any slaughter pen or butcher shop.
(j) Trash.
(k) Rubbish.
( l) Radioactive waste materials.
(m) Discarded, nonbiodegradable materials including plastics or damaged or broken marine equipment.
