The department shall deposit funds collected pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 7076, subdivision (a) of Section 7097.1, and subdivision (a) of Section 7114.2 into the Enterprise Zone Fund, which is hereby created in the State Treasury. Moneys deposited into the fund shall be available to the department, upon appropriation by the Legislature, for expenditure in carrying out the provisions of this chapter, Chapter 12.93 (commencing with Section 7097), and Chapter 12.97 (commencing with Section 7105), including, but not limited to, establishing a reasonable reserve in the fund.
