The department shall transmit monthly to the Department of Finance, for review, a summary report of the fee remittances and accounting reports received under Section 1055.5 and a delinquency report containing the name and address of any person who failed or refused to fully comply with Section 1055.5. The summary fee remittance and accounting report and the delinquency report shall be transmitted to the Department of Finance not later than 45 days following the last day of the calendar month for which the fee remittances and accounting reports were due under Section 1055.5.
