  • The committee shall report to the Legislature at the commencement of each regular session and may report to the Legislature at any time, including in such reports its recommendations, if any, as to necessary or desirable legislative action. The provisions of the Joint Rules of the Senate and Assembly, as they may exist from time to time, which relate to joint investigating committees apply to the committee.
