"Marked" means plainly, legibly, and conspicuously labeled, stamped, tagged, stenciled, or branded to show the name and address of the poultry plant where, or the name and address of the distributor in California for whom, the poultry meat was slaughtered, prepared, packed, or repacked, cut up or recut, or handled.
