In school districts maintaining more than one high school, the governing board, after soliciting the opinions of student parents and other interested persons, shall determine the location of the infant care and development center.

Infant care and development centers shall be located within high school buildings or within that proximity to high school buildings as would ensure convenient access by student parents and other students.
