The Superintendent shall develop, and the board shall adopt, performance goals and indicators for individuals with exceptional needs that are consistent with, to the maximum extent appropriate, the standards for all pupils in the public education system, in accordance with the provisions of Section 1412(a)(15) of Title 20 of the United States Code and Section 300.157 o.
