From funds which may be appropriated therefor, the Superintendent of Public Instruction shall reimburse school districts for the expenses incurred, pursuant to contractual arrangement, in securing the participation and cooperation of colleges and universities in providing the accelerated instructional program in mathematics in grades 7 to 12, inclusive.
