In the implementation of this article, the State Department of Education shall, on a regular basis, advise and consult with representatives of the Employment Development Department, the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges, the California Postsecondary Education Commission, the University of California, the Chancellor of the California State University, the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, the Department of Industrial Relations, the Department of Consumer Affairs, the California Advisory Council on Career Technical Education and Technical Training, and the State Personnel Board.
