(a) This title, or any division, part, chapter, article, or section thereof, may at any time be amended or repealed.

(b) This title shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2014, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2014, deletes or extends that date.

(Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 419, Sec. 19. Effective January 1, 2013. Repealed as of January 1, 2014, by its own provisions. Thereafter, see Title 2.6, commencing with Section 17701.01. Note: This repeal affects Title 2.5, commencing with Section 17000.)
