A renewal cemetery salesperson's license is a cemetery license issued to a person who had a cemetery salesperson's or a broker's license either individually or as an officer of a corporation, or as a member of a copartnership, on June 30th of the fiscal year previous to the fiscal year for which the salesperson's license is issued.
