  • Application for a certificate of authority shall be made in writing on the form prescribed by the bureau and filed at the principal office of the bureau. The application shall be accompanied by the fee provided for in this act and shall show that the cemetery authority owns or is actively operating a cemetery in this state which is subject to the provisions of the Cemetery Act or that the applicant is in a position to commence operating a cemetery.
