The bureau may establish necessary rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of this act and the laws subject to its jurisdiction and prescribe the form of statements and reports provided for in this act. The rules and regulations shall be adopted, amended, or repealed in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act.
